I am currently working on my PhD in Statistics, under the direction of Dr. Chris Bilder. My dissertation research is in the area of group testing for infectious diseases. I earned the Department of Statistics Graduate Fellowship in Fall 2018 and was funded by the Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need (GAANN) Fellowship for three years.

University of Nebraska-Lincoln
I earned my Master of Science in Statistics in May 2015. I completed my Master's project, researching retention of undergraduate students in the College of Agricultural Science and Natural Resources (CASNR), under the direction of Dr. Erin Blankenship. I earned a Department of Statistics travel grant to present my research in Fall 2014 and was funded by the GAANN Fellowship for one year.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in May 2013, graduating summa cum laude. I earned the Chancellor's Commission on the Status of Women Scholarship for the 2012-2013 school year and earned the Department of Mathematics James Earl Scholarship for the 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 academic years. I participated in the University Honors Program and was awarded the President's National Service Award in May 2011.

University of Nebraska-Omaha
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Secondary Education in May 2013, graduating summa cum laude. I student taught at Ralston Middle School in Omaha, NE. I was one of the first UNO graduates to complete the dual degree program in Mathematics and Secondary Education.

I am certified to teach in the State of Nebraska with an endorsement in Mathematics, grades 7-12.
August 2009 - May 2010
University of Missouri-Kansas City
I attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City for one year before transferring to the University of Nebraska-Omaha. I pursued dual degrees: a BS in Mathematics and a BM in Music Performance (emphasis in horn performance). I earned 44 credits toward my degree during my freshman year.
